Stylist search & Schedule for clients
Once the Clients login, they can view the list of stylists in their area (ZIP Code). They click on the stylist to book. They can review your profile, portfolo and pricing and selct the avaiable time slot and the service they need and click schedule. That simple. The client and the stylist get confirmation and reminders before the appointment. They can also cancel or reschedule their appointment if needed 48 hours in advance.
Waitlist and Cancelations
If a timeslot is fully booked, clients can join a waitlist. If a slot opens up due to a cancellation, the next client on the waitlist is automatically notified and given the opportunity to book.
Advance Payments for Stylists
Stylists can request advance payment for some services that takes longer to complete. GreatLooks will ensure the clients make advance payments while booking the service. It is fully customizable and stylists can set the percentage or fixed amount they want to receive as advance payment. This helps stylists secure their appointments and reduce no-shows.
