Welcome to GREATLOOKS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GREATLOOKS website and mobile application and services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

By creating an account or using GREATLOOKS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the GREATLOOKS website and mobile application ("Apps"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Apps.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the GREATLOOKS App for personal, or commercial transitory viewing purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the App materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Apps, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
  • Restricting access to your device
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration
  • Updating your information to keep it accurate and current

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Stylist Subscriptions

Professional stylists using GREATLOOKS for business purposes must maintain an active paid subscription after the one month discounted $0.99 trial period. Subscription terms include:

  • Monthly or annual billing options
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Price changes with 30-day notice
  • Cancellation anytime with access through the end of the billing period

Client accounts remain free of charge with no subscription required.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

When making appointments through GREATLOOKS:

  • Bookings are confirmed when accepted by the stylist
  • Clients should arrive on time for their appointments
  • Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours in advance
  • Stylists have their right to decline to provide service to anyone they feel
  • No-shows more than 2 occurances may result in account restrictions
  • Stylists set their own cancellation and working hoiurs policies
  • GREATLOOKS is not responsible for disputes between clients and stylists

6. Payment Processing

All payments processed through the App are subject to:

  • Third-party payment processor terms and conditions
  • Applicable transaction fees as disclosed
  • Verification requirements for fraud prevention
  • Compliance with local tax laws (user responsibility)
  • Chargeback policies of payment processors

GREATLOOKS is not liable for any issues arising from payment processing.

7. Content and Conduct

Users of GREATLOOKS agree to:

  • Post only appropriate, legal, and relevant content
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Not spam or engage in unauthorized marketing
  • Not upload viruses or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove content and ban users who violate these guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

The GREATLOOKS App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CITYVIBES LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (photos, reviews, profiles) remains the property of the user, but by posting, you grant CITYVIBES LLC, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for operating and promoting the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The GREATLOOKS App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of information

Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

CITYVIBES LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the App
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the App
  • Any other matter relating to the App

This limitation applies even if CITYVIBES LLC, has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using GREATLOOKS, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to Terms

CITYVIBES LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
